The mountain views from the patio of my room were absolutely stunning, like getting a front-row seat to nature's majestic theater. I couldn't help but sip my morning coffee while marveling at the breathtaking scenery.

Hot water issue.

the staff here was always efficient, and i loved being close to a boat dock. the bed was great and everything was clean. food for breakfast was good. liked gorgeous garden.

The apartment was new, we loved its family atmosphere and location very close to the famous landmarks. Got amazing meals for breakfast, everything was delicious. Has comfy bed, feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Staff were helpful and courteous and very quick with replies.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff, convenient location, and great value. They even helped me find shops nearby. It has everything I need – Wi-Fi, parking, AC, laundry, and more. Can't wait to return for Christmas!

We had a blast exploring the stunning vistas of Tam Coc and hiking up the Mua Caves. The adrenaline rush we got from cycling through the beautiful countryside was off the charts! And let me tell you, the fun didn't stop there - the nightlife in Ninh Binh was lit! We partied like there was no tomorrow, dancing and meeting awesome people from all over the world. It was an unforgettable experience!

If there's one thing we would've wanted for a better time, it would be more late-night party options. While the nightlife in Ninh Binh was great, we wished there were more clubs or bars that stayed open late.

The family that run this homestay are incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring, and having bikes and motorbikes for hire made getting around very convenient. The homemade food at the homestay was delicious, and we ate most of our meals there. The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions and convenience stalls. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. Djung helped us with transportation arrangements, making it hassle-free. we had an amazing time and made priceless memories here. Thank you to Djung and the entire family/staff!

I had a week-long stay at a lovely homestay in Ninh Binh. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, despite the language barrier. They even let us change rooms when we had an issue with some noise. The food was delicious, especially the pancakes for breakfast! The location was perfect, with plenty of places to explore on a scooter or bicycle. It was definitely our favorite place in Vietnam.

The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to several popular attractions and landmarks. This made it convenient for us to explore and make the most of our trip. One of the advantages we really enjoyed was the free bicycle rental service provided by the hotel. It gave us the opportunity to explore the surrounding area at our own pace and discover hidden gems.

During our stay, we experienced some communication issues due to language barriers. This made it difficult for us to convey our needs and preferences effectively.

The room was spacious and had a nice view. Wifi was reliable and complimentary water, candies, and breakfast were included. The staff was friendly and gave me a lift to the train station. Conveniently located near main attractions.

Everything is what I need and want.

As bike riders, we loved the complimentary bike rental at the homestay - it made exploring the main attractions of Ninh Binh so convenient! The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the mountains. The wifi exceeded our expectations, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary water, candies, and breakfast included in the affordable room price. The staff, especially the guy at the reception, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable - from arranging bus tickets and bikes for us to even giving us a lift back to the train station.

We felt very welcomed and had absolutely no complaints.
